Primary Materials:
I craft using premium American, Italian, Czech, and German glass. Each item is annealed in a digitally controlled kiln for durability, meticulously inspected, and securely packaged for shipment.
Inserts and Metal Accessories:
Explore our collection featuring 925 sterling silver inserts here.
All other metal accessories are crafted from hypoallergenic stainless steel, which is waterproof and resistant to tarnishing, rust, and discoloration.
Exceptions:
A select few pieces, primarily brooches, feature simple jewelry alloy metal accessories, which are clearly indicated in the description. Additionally, some jewelry incorporates natural wooden accents, also noted in the description.
Packaging:
We prioritize practicality and eco-friendliness in our packaging choices. Your jewelry is shipped in beautiful plywood gift boxes lined with recyclable paper both inside and out.
We completely avoid plastic in our packaging, except for the outer waterproof mailing bags, to minimize environmental impact.
To maintain the pristine condition of your glass jewelry, store it separately in a clean, dry place, and take care to avoid accidental drops on hard surfaces to prevent breakage.
It is best to put on your jewelry after applying makeup, hair products, lotions, or perfume to prevent chemical reactions. Additionally, refrain from wearing your jewelry while swimming or showering, as chlorine and harsh soaps may cause damage to various metal components like silver and gold plating.
While the glass itself is resistant to liquids, there are unique cavities within the jewelry designed to create volume and texture, which can trap condensation or salt water. Over time, this may lead to fading of internal details. If your jewelry gets wet in the sea or soapy water, rinse it thoroughly under clean, fresh running water and dry it completely.
Sterling silver jewelry may naturally tarnish when exposed to oxygen, salt, and moisture, resulting in temporary discoloration. To clean it, simply polish gently with a clean, soft cloth like a chamois or microfiber cloth.
By handling your glass jewelry with care, you will ensure its lasting beauty for years to come.
Glass is an incredibly durable material—in fact, lampwork beads dating back thousands of years are still discovered by archaeologists today. Our hope is that our glass ocean will accompany you through life’s journey.
While all our jewelry is tempered for durability, it is important to remember that it is still glass. Though they can withstand some daily impact, they are not completely unbreakable. Handle them with care, much like you would with fine wine glasses—enjoy them freely, but avoid dropping them on hard surfaces like concrete or stone, or subjecting them to heavy impacts.
Please also keep them out of reach of small children.
Absolutely! Glass is a completely neutral and 100% hypoallergenic material. Most fittings are made of surgical hypoallergenic stainless steel, making our jewelry perfectly suitable for those with sensitive skin.
Exceptions: A few pieces of jewelry feature inserts or accessories made from 925 sterling silver, simple jewelry alloy, or natural wood. If your jewelry is one of them, it will be clearly indicated in the description.
All accessories are handcrafted by me in my studio in Aveiro, Portugal. Each piece is unique and may vary slightly from the ones shown in the pictures. Your glass accessory will be one-of-a-kind, maintaining the exact color, style, and overall mood of the sample.
Since 2017, inspired by traditional lampwork secrets, I embarked on developing my own distinctive glass flame-working technique to perfect the design of my glass oceans. Since then, I’ve continuously refined it to enhance the realism and depth of the waves.
The lampwork technique has a rich history, originating centuries ago in Murano, a small island in the Venice Lagoon. Often known as Venetian or Murano glass, it involves shaping molten glass directly in the flame, resulting in the complete individuality of each piece.

I personally handcraft each piece of jewelry from start to finish, without relying on ready-made stamps, molds, or blanks. Every wave is sculpted individually from hot glass, ensuring that no two are ever alike—just like the waves themselves.

Glass is an environmentally friendly material known for its sustainability. It is a permanent resource that can be infinitely recycled and reused, thereby reducing waste and preserving natural ecosystems.
To ensure eco-conscious production, I utilize oxygen concentrators to generate our own oxygen for the torch flame, along with specialized regulators for fuel efficiency. Any glass waste generated in the studio is minimal and disposed of responsibly through recycling.
